I think the main gist of what giappy said is to master a stunt, you have to keep doing it repeatedly, "clocking milleage". The more you do it, the better you get. Some people may be more talented, "better engine", but by clocking milleage, you can make up for having any type of engine.

However, you can train everyday to the max, but there is still a limit, i.e you get tired and the more you train, you only see less and less benefit. This is the Law of Diminishing Marginal Returns, LDMR. (We are the smart enough people, cos we dun train everyday.) Our "Milleage" has been clock over few years, and not in only 5 weeks... There is no way one can do as many toss up hands in 5 weeks as compared to one that has been doing toss up hands for 5 years.

The "type of road" refers to your role, for example such as toe pitcher, or shoulder stands. So if you only clock a certain less "milleage", probably you will be doing shoulder stands. For those who clock more "milleage", probably you will be doing the toe pitch. And if you only reach a milleage enough for a shoudler stand, and you want to go do toe pitch, probably you will fail. So " know the type of road you r on with the type of milleage u have" means know your skill limits, and know which role you are suppose to take with that limit.

"What matter most is that everyone do his part faithfully and adhere to his role and responsiblities." --- giap.
