* Chuiness Level, 1 star, being can shake it off, to 5 star, being pain even when laying down.
1. Right Wrist - Cannot take too much pressure, Handstand also cannot do le. Will feel the pain stunting with flyers 40 kg and above. Any form of rotation clockwise or anti clockwise also causes pain. Required 4 rounds of tape for protection, up from 1 round 2 weeks ago. "Huan Chong" also became poorer due to it. Suspected muscles too "tight"
Chuiness Level - 4 star
2. Right Elbow - Still can take the weight of any flyer when using both arms. But cannot cupie and cannot take my own weight anymore, handstand cannot do. No tape required yet, but constant "loosening needed to be done. Touching on the bone at the elbow causes pain. Suspected muscles of whole right arm too tight, causing nerves to be pulled.
Chuiness Level - 3.5 star
3. Right side of Neck - Stiff due to occasional impact of head. Not enough time to recover from a hard impact 2 weeks ago, hence any smaller impact now still cause it to feel uneasy. Required warm up and stretching of the neck before stunting.
Chuiness Level - 1.5 star
4. Left Elbow - Used to be fine till I starting training for left cupie. Beginning to show signs of muscles stiffening and pain when locking the elbow. Still able to stunt, but care had to be taken and not too many left cupie would be advisable.
Chuiness Level - 2 star
5. Left Lower Back and Hips - A old impact injury which I guess, used to feel a little sore when the weather is cold and when after a long run or workout. Now I cannot sit on a chair for even 10 mins, else the pain will start to set in. Sitting down seems to be pressing on the nerves at the joints socket casuing tremendous pain. Once in pain, only lying down for a long period, or standing up and stretching the muscles will reduce the pain. Makes the body feels uneasy when doing stunts and affects the mind psychologically too. Nothing can be done to prevent it, when it comes it comes. Sinseh required urgently for this.
Chuiness Level - 5 star
6. Right Knee - Also a old injury. This time it was the fatigue and impact from doing gymnastics that caused the whole knee to swell up. The joint movements are still ok and its not a sprain, rather it is the swelling that is causing hinderance to movement. Cannot do a toss to hands using my legs now. Pains each time I do a dip action of the legs. It cannot go beyond a certain angle, meaning I cannot be the front base for front hand spring or back hand spring stunts. Tried taping it, but it does not help, as it is not a sprain, rather just super swollen. Only could ice it after training and massage it from time to time.
Chuiness Level - 4.5 star
7. Left Knee - Never injured or sprain this knee before and its movements and strength are perfectly fine. However there is this nerve just on top of the knee cap that hurts everytime I bend and land from doing gymnastics. Suspect that it is connected to the injury to the left hips. It must be the tighening of the nerves from the lower left side downwards. As it is the nerves, no amount of taping or icing seems to help the problem. Can only prevent the pain by doing only what is required and taking a rest from gymnastics.
Chuiness Level - 3.5 star
8. Right Ankle - Also an old injury, had a terrible ligament tear 5 years ago and it was swollen for half a year. Recently had a small encounter of stepping on someone's leg while stunting, resulting in a minor sprain. It is getting better and can be shaken off with good warm ups and stretching. No tape is required now. Just need to take care and be careful.
Chuiness Level - 1 star
9. Left Inner Thigh Muscle - Due to over train, fatigue, and lack of rest in the past 1 month. It is now very tight and cannot do toe touch for now. Sore when I have to move my legs too much. Climbing the stairs also causes pain to the muscle. Only solution is to ice and massage it. Good warming up is also neccessary.
Chuiness Level - 2 star
Overall, a complete overhaul is required. The 5 days rest during Chinese New Year will have to be used to do servicing and maintenace of body parts. Have to bear with it now for the time being till then. Arrghh... The price to pay.
Somebody pls help me remove the krytonite...
