Autocratic or Democratic
Would you like to live under 1 good leadership? Or live under 1 bunch of incapable management?
Autocratic is a sensitive word in modern days. The stigma that attached to this word is that you will be placed under a dictatorship, where your views will not be heard, and that the autocrat will slave drive you to fulfill his evilness. If you ignore the stigma, the leader can be understanding and provide the best care for the people he lead. He listens to feedbacks, and decides upon what to do base on his experienced and professional judgment.
We love the word ‘Democratic’. It represent freedom and along with it, choices and options. We decide how things turn out by voting and each pay or rip their own choice.
But have you question your own judgment? Have you questioned the audience judgment?
Same logic, some people love absolute amount, some people love to see percentage.
100 dollars or 1 % of a million, which is bigger?
100 dollars or 1 % of a thousand, which is bigger?
Your call.
