Every singaporean should know what a ecosystem is, cos primary schools taught that, and schooling is compulsory in this tiny red dot. So let's talk more about the ecosystem,

: the complex of a community of organisms and its environment functioning as an ecological unit.
It can really summarise the cheer team currently. We cannot operate without anyone. Not a single 1, remember if no plants the herbivore will die, no herbivore the carnivore will die. Going back a bit, if there's no shit there's no plants. So even shit has a purpose in the ecosystem, and it's how the shit is broken down is more important. If it's leaf litter, then the millipede will eat it, if it's cold hard smelly shit, then maybe the dung beetle will come. If no dung beetle, the flies will hover it eat some of it. lay some eggs and the maggots will finish it all.
So in the team, there's always troublemakers to stir shit and/or create problems. Sometimes, the dung beetle will be kind enough to clear it for us, but sometimes we'll really have to wait for the slow process of clearing stuff, in the end, there will always be shit and the clearing of it, it's a cycle we cannot remove. That's is how we work, some of are too jaded, and refuse to clear it, others are too new to do anything, cos they just entered the ecosystem, there's others who want to help but don't know what to do or how to do it, still end of the day, it will cleared some way some how. No worries, let nature work it's course.
That's the shit part, the next part is the animals part, there's always the herbivore, the carnivore and the plants. Let's see our team now has a zoo man. Really big zoo, not including inactive pple, i would say we have 5 definite species, namely, dogs, wolf, bear, pigs and another weird, weird species which would even perplex scientists even we were to name them. Regardless of race language and species, they are there for a reason, for the survival of the ecosystem. Some may produce more shit, some may only clear shit, some may create some wind, some may provide entertainment, some may provide counting, some may be there for company, and always there's some super lousy useless thrash to throw out. So regardless, there's always a reason for everything, be it significant or not( to others), it's important to realise the self worth and the reason you are currently in the ecosystem.
Trust the system and trust oneself. We are all behind you, and you are always needed by us. Regardless of amount of shit, we will convert it to plants with some sunlight, and eventually it will be less shitty. So begins the cycle.
P.s. Just realised, i'm thefly, actually wanted to sign off as some old fish thingy but realised actually thefly isn;t that bad, still hovering. Had my few maggots there, hopefully they can clear the shit next time
