Cheerleading
The last time i heard of it, it was a TEAM sport.
So when was the last time you thought about the team?

Ever since I decided to join the competition, I will always plan my time properly, to make sure that i do not keep the other 15 ppl waiting. End up, I'm one of those 15 ppl who waited. What's the point of getting one side up all the time? What's the purpose of having the same group of ppl doing their tosses all the time? What's the purpose of training your parther stunts properly? What's the purpose of learning your dance well? When eventually some asshole fail their stunts because they always come late or don't bother to go do it in a coordinated manner? It's a sense of responsibility, not only to yourself but to the rest of the other 15 ppl. If you think you are a senior then, please show the correct attitude to your juniors. Things like setting up the mats, keeping the mats, keeping the tumbler or even, throwing away your own food and drinks and rubbish and bandages and tapes. Ask yourself, have you been doing it? All the time, i see Aizen doing kind things, taking his time and effort, to facilitate the club with both money and food, or even help setting up and keeping the mats, spotting etc. So who the hell gave you the rights to disregard all these? Showing your emo-ness everyday, refusing to spot, giving cynical comments does not help at all. Before you pass judgement on others, please think about how good u are, and will u be able to do a better job? If you think u can be a better coach, in terms of all the elements of a routine, step out and do the job. Put yourself in the same situation, if all the time ppl come out and challenge you, how would u feel? Respect has nothing to do with seniority, the things u can do, or what position you hold. It is about everything you do, which does not hinder a club's progression and being able to help in achieving victory.

I say again... how much are you willing to contribute for the team?
