Last but not least, I would like to pay tribute to our leaders. Our top 3 leaders of the team. Namely the Pres, the Capt and the Vice Capt.

I believed that not one of them have taken up the positions very willingly. Not one of them when taking up the post thought that they will be able to do a flawless job. But they still took up the burden of the team on their shoulders. They took it up becos of the TEAM. What have they to stand to gain from taking up the post? Theres no money in it, nor extra benefits, just more responsibilities.

We often oversee the stuff that they had brought to the team, instead we accuse them whenever things go wrong. Why is this so? Next time before you even tink of bringing any of them down, tink thru your mind and see the things that they have done for us first.

First I would like to mention our beloved Capt. Windows. He is always the one who starts the training, by organising the warm up, and leading by example. You never will see him chao geng. He is always approahable and listens to opinions openly. Never loses his temper and always encouraging. Even when he is tired or injured, he still puts on a strong front and carries on, giving ppl motivation in the process. Without a doubt our gymnastics master of the team. Always helping us learn the proper gymnastics, demostrating by example. I would say that he is the best all rounded base of our team. He is the true blue general of our team on the field.

Next I would like to mention our loavble V.Capt. aka nanny. If Windows is the general, Giappy has to be his asst. Giappy is always helping ppl out behind the scenes. Whenever our gals have problems, they would turn to their nanny. He jogs with them, gym with them, help them book seats in LWN, help them carry bags, buy them sweets etc. He deals with all their problems without grumbling. Not only that, giappy always hold late night meetings or supper with advisors so as to help to improve the training and welfare of the team. Also someone who would go beyond his call of duty to help others as he demostrated many times during our cheer camp. He overseas alot of things which ppl will over look.

Also our pres, Fern. Just like a fern, she is tough and never say die to the toughest conditions. She may not be a person with perfect body control, but her determination makes up for it. Always there to pass on her knowledge and experience to the juniors. The one who chairs meetings and pass on information. Overseeing the admin side of stuff for the team. Whenever we have any in decision, she will try to help us come up with some thing fast. A real decisive leader.

Without these 3 person, I would not imagine wat our team will be like now. I would like to give them a standing ovation. They are truly helping out the team due to pure passion.

So ppl in future before you even tink of shooting them, think of wat you can do for the team instead first. I hope we can lend them a hand whenever possible and feel for them too, instead of just shooting them. It is already not easy to find selfless leaders for our team, lets not take them for granted. If there is less shooting and more helping, I believe that our team will have more harmony and love.

No one is perfect. Lets learn from each other as a family.
