As i squat down and smell the fumes arising from that pile of artwork that i was making, a slogon just appeared out of the blue. "SHIT JUST STINKS". This few days i have been thinking of how come i have so much shit that keeps appearing out of no where especially when i just finished cleaning my ass and flushing it down the drain. It was then i realise the truth behind all these shit. IT was never a shit, it was a bad diarrhoea.

Cheer to me is full of drama, cos there was never a moment for me where there was no action except during exam when there is no cheer. This has probably due to the fact that its a sport that requires interaction above all else. Without one person, things got to be changed and no one is really indispensible. Hence emotional intelligence aka EI or EQ is one quality that ppl needs.

Drama occurs due to the either the lack of it or over use of it. This is also a reason why there is always a high turnover rate in cheer due to ppl quitting the team or forming another team. Either which could have avoided if we all try harder. However this days with only the skeleton of the team left, its hard to compete with team that comprise of lots of ppl or with strong history of cheerleading that dated back to the 1980s.

With ppl managing the team, planning the training and stuff, its really hard to take care of each individual needs. Therefore i urge those who are more "free" to look in their point of view and help those who cannot see the picture to see it. Its true that not every plan will please ppl, but if its for the progression of the team, its worth it. In short, i am hoping everyone to smell the shit with me. When everyone smells a bit of the shit, it generally becomes less smelly, unless of cos its star's shit.

The point of this blog is for everyone to learn to tahan shit. Cos u will face shit in the future too. So why not learn eq from the palace of eq aka cheer. Look from other ppl's view and accept ur role. If ur not a leader, just follow the instructions cos no one like ppl who challenge the system...ok with the exception of certain rainbow team...

With this, i wipe my shit off my ass and flush it down. Hopefully its clean..
