team
i know no matter what i did wrong
the team will tolerate and forgive
or jus ignore and forget
haha
i might have my downs
i might have my moods
i might have my wrongs
but at the end of the day
for the past two years that i have experienced
for the past two years that we have walked
together...
we survived as a team
i know it was the same before the two years
and am confident that
it will be the same after these two years
alot of words have hurt one or another
bad words out of frustration
out of ego
out of high expectations
out of disappointments, towards ownself or towards others..
out of .....
those who were hurt
we listen and we forget
those who hurt others unintentionally
we take the criticism and learn
we are a team
we know each other well
accept the flaws
combine the strength
i believe we can keep this going
keep the flame burning
of cos not the flame of war =P
arguments and teasings can be fun
a team shouldnt have wars
keep the cheer flame burning
sincerely

Respect

Respect has to be earned.
I believe the seniors have done so and truely deserve it.

Humbleness is the key to success and arrogrance leads to destructive.
Never think highly of oneself cos there will always be another who is better
A little achievement doesnt make you the best
Perhaps, at least at that point of time
So, nothing to be proud of

Even the seniors seek advices/guidance from own peers
Is face so impt?
Or you think you are the greatest?

Decision is up to you
Continue to climb yourself
Not everybody has POL
Be wiser
The world aint as simple as u tot

noticed some junior and senior girls have set goals for their cheer career

left lib
heel stretch
pop twist
back tuck
toss to hands
basket toss

good start

what will be in my wishlist?

...

...

STRAIGHT tosses!

toe touch
pike
kick kick kick kick kick...................
anything straight
i like easy things
haha

i dunno
i cant think of any other
goal-less
bad attitude
haha
maybe first have to get rid of flabs ard the waist
i can stand ba everywhere
but not a ba tummy
easier said than done
well
i am bored
thefly cant say i got no contribution
only one word
NUA
haha
joined the juniors for pt and realized how nua i have been
truly enjoy the pt session tho
it was the training i always wanted
but it only came after i have decided to set cheer a lower priority
reminds me of why i joined cheer in the first place
after attending one tough session with jesse
i thot this is the kind of team training i wanted
too late
nvm
its good to see everybody training hard together
hope they experience those that i nv experienced
its a pity
i never gave all out to accomplish anything before
never challenge myself to do anything difficult
guess it would be a nice feeling
to train hard for a stunt and finally did it
haha
think its just my character
i am lazy
not competitive
thats why i am stagnant for so long
strength nv go up
flexibility nv go up
fitness nv go up
weight nv go down
haha
happy-go-lucky
or emo-go-lucky? =PpPpP
anyway
its over
jiayou juniors
and
its the season again
looking forward to new blood
always fun

P.S. one major accomplishment! i overcame 80% of my height phobia, or maybe 90. i can fly higher than thefly without screaming haha. you cant laugh at my phobia anymore

Emo no more

I see a new light in my life. Jogging really helps. Thanks for jogging with me Giap. *Too shy to jog alone in my denim shorts*

Cheerleading shd be fun. Are we lacking in that aspect? Ask youself, do you feel stressed when doing stunts? Truely, we, ourselves, need to enjoy the routine in order for the audience to feel our spirit. All stunts up but enthusiasim level near zero. No smile, no connection with the audience. I dont think I will be entertained by the performance even if all stunts are up. It'll just be another stuntman show to me. Jackie Chan? 16 Jackie Chan.

It is natural for people to have mood swing. Just the difference in intensity and how they handle it. Learn how to control it and not let it affect your life. Talk to someone if there's a need to but not to too many people. Too many advices simply drive you nuts. Cheerleading is a team sports, thus teamwork is essential. One person's mood can somehow affect the team's moral and stunt rate. Once again, control!

I admit I do not have super duper nice temper. Especially during days of my XXXXXX, my nasty foul temper coupled with a pissed off look is simply a turn off. Definitely unlikeable. Who enjoys looking at an angry face? NOBODY!!.. This is smthing I will work on---> smile

Last but not least, everyone shd be more encouraging during training. Believe in your own teammates. *Einstein wasnt born to be the same as others, in fact, his learning ability was deemed slower than others. BUT, HE is in fact a genius* One way or another, people do need encouragements, regardless guys or gals. Encouragement provides confidence. By having confidence, 50% of the battle is already won. Impossible is nothing. Really.

P.S. I typed whatever it came to my mind. Might not link.
