i feel so sad...
my ankle and heel is giving me so much problem that i have problem walking... still have to do the routine. Anymore of all these and i think my cheerleading career is over. Can feel the candlestick depleting to its last wick. Just feel that with all the injuries i have, i prob let the team down. Hai... even considering quitting at times.
One thing i realised..In life, there is just so much u can do, no matter how much u think for everyone, there will always be some unfortunate souls being left behind. This is also probably what the government face in the name of progress. This is likely the reason why u can hear so many cab drivers grumbling abt how they have been left behind by the society. True or not i dunno. But i feel that it could be due to the fact that decisions are made abruptly without considering the adaptablity of the cab driver's former self. No matter how much they have excel in meeting deadlines, they just need ONE scenario where they chui a particular project or they could be simply sick of being overstretched to their limit and they end up being cab drivers... being disillusioned by the world ( Note: this is just an illustration and is not a true reflection of any cab drivers or govt) . Oh well its just some random mumbling
Anyway yesterday in singapore, there was a collaspe of status of liberty in BOON LAY. As to why the status was there, i have absolutely no idea. However witnesses claim that although the civil defense force predicted that it will eventually fall, but at the time of rescue, fragments of the statut hit the rescue unit and they could not react in time. Luckily the status damage was kept to the minimum and it was sent back to US immediately.
